It literally told me what to use and what not to do, which helped a lot because I was nervous about messing up the leather. I do wish they had more pictures or maybe a few short videos, but overall the info was solid and useful.

I’m usually a little skeptical when brands go on and on about their “premium experience” and all that polished marketing talk, but I’ll admit lucchese did a solid job here. My boots showed up in a clean-looking box and were wrapped really well, so nothing was scuffed, bent, or sliding around. It felt like someone actually took a little care with it, which I appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars because the outside shipping box had a small dent, but everything inside was totally fine.
